H.E Mrs Rebecca Akufo-Addo renovates The Ga Traditional Council building.

H.E Mrs Rebecca Akufo-Addo on Monday 14th October 2024, unveil the renovated Ga Traditional Council Building together with The Ga Mantse H.R.M King Tackie Teiko Tsuru II. The new building is a state-of-the-art edifice that blends cultural heritage with modern design.

The Building hosts the Ga Traditional Council, the sacred institution that sees to the affairs of the Ga state.

In her address at the gathering, First Lady Mrs. Akufo-Addo said her attention was drawn to the need to renovate and modernize the building a few years ago and for her, this was a call to duty. A call to be of service to her people. As a proud Ga woman, she is fulfilled to have been able to deliver this key project on her exit as First Lady of Ghana.

She also used the opportunity to introduce Mrs Alma Naa Dzama Adade Prempeh, wife of the NPP Vice Presidential candidate to the Council and the entire Ga State and also to thank them for their support in her almost eight years as First Lady of Ghana.

She was also enstooled as Naa Awo Kpakpa Okaikor Olefeonii I.
